Once you place your order, you should see our bank account details in the final checkout screen. Please send us a copy of the deposit slip or proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm upon receipt. Kindly indicate order number and name on subject. Note: Instagram DMs will not be entertained.
We'll ship out your order after payment has been made. Kindly note we will only reserve your order for a maximum of 24 hours. Bogus buyers and joy reservers will NOT be tolerated.
No deposit slip or proof of payment means that we cannot process your order.

When do you process shipment and delivery?
Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your order. We will send an email notification once your order has been shipped together with your tracking number.

For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns, exchanges and refunds.
We highly value customer satisfaction and quality, that is why we thoroughly check all items purchased by the customer before we hand it over to any third party courier service.
After Care for Statement Accessories
Store your Elska pieces in a dry environment.
Avoid exposure to oils, lotion, cosmetics and perfumes.
Make sure to wipe your jewelries after swimming or getting them wet.
Do not wear your pieces while exercising, as sweat can react to the metals and adhesives. This would damage your pieces.
Your Elska pieces need care every now and then, so make sure to wipe your pieces with a cloth to remove any unwanted substances.
Separate your pieces and headbands in resealable bags to lessen their exposure to air which will cause tarnishing and damage.
Keep your pieces far from moisture.
